以CAD、CAE以及疲劳分析软件fe-safe联合仿真技术为基础,结合残余应力检测设备,建立了服役后零件疲劳耐久性分析流程。以某服役后待再制造的汽车变速箱输入轴为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立轴的有限元模型,得到轴的应力结果;使用疲劳分析软件fe-safe读取应力结果,对轴进行疲劳分析得到其整体寿命分布云图及危险区域分布状况。分析结果对轴的再制造过程具有指导意义。
Based on co-simulation technology which contains CAD,CAE and fatigue analysis soft-ware of fe-safe ,combined with residual stress testing equipment,the process chart of fatigue durability of used shaft parts is established.Research is on input shaft of anto transmission which is used and waiting to be re-manufactured.The finite element model of shaft by finite element analysis software ABAQUS is established, and the results of stress axis are achieved.To acquire the results of stress by using fatigue analysis software re-safe, and obtaining its overall fatigue life contours and distribution of hazardous area by analyzing the stress of shaft is beneficial to directing re-manufacturing pracess of shaft.
