利用电光调Q脉冲Nd3+∶YAG固体激光器的532nm绿光作为抽运光源,以Ⅱ类相位匹配(θ=90°,φ=0°)、尺寸7mm×7mm×20mm的KTP晶体为参振晶体,构建了光参量振荡器实验系统.系统将入射抽运光振荡产生1 215nm的参量光及946nm的信号光,结果显示:最高耦合输出为12.14mJ,抽运光能量与参量光能量的最高转换效率为10.82%.
An optical parametric oscillator(OPO) pumped by an electro-optical Q-switched Nd3+:YAG laser operating at 532 nm was constructed.The KTP-crystal size was 7 mm×7 mm×20 mm with type-Ⅱ phase matching(θ=90°,φ=0°).The OPO system converted the pump beam into the idler laser of 1 215 nm and the signal laser of 946 nm.The highest coupling output was 12.14 mJ and the highest conversion efficiency was 10.82%.
