建立了重型商用车电控机械式自动变速器系统的硬件在环仿真模型,提出了自动变速器控制单元( TCU)底层和控制层的测试方法,并根据实际需求增加相应的测试用例,为TCU程序设计人员修改控制策略等提供有效的测试方法。
Hardware-in-the-loop simulation model for automated mechanical transmission ( AMT) of heavy duty commercial vehicle is built. The testing methods of the underlayer and control layer of transmission control unit ( TCU) are put forward and corresponding test cases are added based on actual needs. This paper provides an effective testing method for a TCU program designer to modify control strategies.
