如何在确保电网安全的前提下提高电网运行的经济性和节能性是电网短期发电计划的核心目标。针对预防型机组组合以及考虑校正能力的机组组合在经济性方面过于保守的不足,提出了能够精确考虑实时校正再调度能力的最优校正型安全机组组合的模式和模型,在确保电网安全的前提下,扩展了机组组合的优化空间,进一步提高了机组组合的经济性。基于Benders分解理论,提出了能够同时反馈机组启停和出力校正信息的高效分解校正算法,在确保优化精度的前提下,有效减少了迭代次数,提高了计算效率。理论分析和算例测试验证了该模型和方法的有效性。
How to improve the economic performance of power system operation while maintaining its security is the key issue of short-term generation scheduling.To overcome the deficiency of the previous preventive unit commitment and unit commitment methods considering corrective control,a corrective security constrained unit commitment method is proposed.This method can consider the corrective control ability of real-time operation precisely,and significantly extend the optimization space with a certain security level.Based on the essence of corrective control,a Benders decomposition method is proposed to improve the problem solving efficiency.This algorithm can simultaneously consider the unit status and its power output,therefore requires less iterations and computation time.Theoretical analysis and experiment results validate the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
