针对测量系统机械部件的制造和装配存在误差等问题,提出了基于单纯形法触式探头传感器的校准算法,将传感器校准到通用坐标系中.该算法在充分分析触式探头传感器传感原理的基础上,用Fourier函数拟合探头测量路径,构造参数校准数学模型,并用单纯形法实现校准参数最优化.最后的实例结果显示用此算法校准后测量误差较小.
Aiming at error from manufacturing and assembling in measurement system,an algorithm of tactile probe sensor calibrating is presented based on simplex method to calibrate the tactile probe to the common coordinate system.Based on adequately analyzing the sensing theory of tactile probe sensor,the algorithm builds the function of probe measurement path with Fourier function and sets the mathematic model for calibrating parameters;then the simplex method is used for optimizing the parameters.Finally,agiven example shows that the algorithm has smaller error.
