目的观察并定性或定量描述北京灰霾期间气象条件、空气质量以及某医院门急诊量的变化,以及灰霾期间空气污染对某医院门急诊量的影响。方法医院门急诊量数据来自北京市海淀区某三甲综合性医院,空气质量监测数据来自于中国环境科学研究院超级环境监测站,API来自北京市环保的网站,气象数据来自于天气网。观察时间包括2012年10月至2013年1月(灰霾期,T1序列)及2011年10月至2012年1月(对照期,T2序列)。控制门急诊的自然增长后计算每日门急诊量的百分增量。结果灰霾事件之前(12月28日)气态污染物浓度即出现明显升高(NOx:672.7μg/m^3;SO2:136.7μg/m^3),灰霾事件中(1月9—13日)四种污染物浓度均大幅度升高,并达到最高(NOx:570.5μg/m^3;SO2:146.2μg/m^3,PM2.5:312.2μg/m^3;PM10:995.0μg/m^3)。以此同时,各科室的门急诊百分增量均有明显增加,其中呼吸内科门诊、心血管内科门诊、神经内科门诊、神经内科急诊、内科门诊和内科急诊百分增量的7天移动平均的峰值分别为38.4%、12.1%、13.9%、38.8%、21.1%和37.9%。结论灰霾期间北京某医院多个科室的门诊(急诊)量显著增高,以呼吸内科门诊、神经内科急诊和内科急诊增加最显著。
Objective To observe and descript the meteorological conditions, air quality and the effects of air pollution on the adult outpatient and emergency room visits in Beijing at the early 2013. Methods The daily number of outpatient and emergency room visit were collected from a comprehensive hospital in Beijing. Data of air pollution were provided by a super monitoring station at Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences. Data of weather were gained from China Weather website. The observed time period was from Oct.2012 to Jan. 2013(T1series) and the same period(T2 series) one year before.The increase of daily outpatient and emergency room visits during haze episode were calculated. Results The levels of gaseous pollutants were increased before the events. The levels of NOxand SO2 were as high as 672.7 μg/m^3 and 136.7 μg/m^3,respectively, at 28 Dec. Then, all four pollutants increased and reached their peak values from 9 Jan. to 13 Jan. The levels of NOx, SO2, PM2.5 and PM10 were 570.5 μg/m^3, 146.2 μg/m3, 312.2 μg/m3 and 995.0 μg/m^3, respectively. The increments of outpatient or emergency room visits in various departments were increased obviously. The increments of respiratory medicine,cardiovascular medicine, neurology medicine and its emergency, internal medicine and its emergency were 38.4%, 12.1%,13.9%, 38.8%, 21.1% and 37.9%, respectively. Conclusions The daily adult increments of outpatient visits and emergency room visits for various departments are increased during haze episode. Among them, the increasing of respiratory outpatient visits, neurological medicine emergency and internal medicine emergency visits are increased remarkably.
