本案例研究以生命周期分析、生态战略轮理论、生态设计十个准则为基础,通过对中国大型电信设备制造企业——上海贝尔股份有限公司的案例研究,探讨和分析了中国电信设备制造企业在当前环境绩效的压力下,如何从产品维护层次向产品系统层次逐步进行生态设计,使企业具有可持续发展能力。在详细调研上海贝尔股份有限公司的生产、研发、销售、服务等业务流程模式的基础上,本文通过生命周期分析对上海贝尔股份有限公司产品进行了完整的评估,并识别出上海贝尔股份有限公司在生态设计方面需要加强的部分;随后,根据目前上海贝尔股份有限公司生态设计的现状,本文依据生态战略轮和生态设计十个准则对上海贝尔股份有限公司的生态设计进行了系统的规划并提出实施建议。该案例的分析和生态设计规划对于中国其他电信设备制造企业具有很强的参考价值。
Based on life cycle analysis, eco-design strategy wheel and eco-design principles, this paper analyzes how to implement eco-design from product maintenance level to product system level through a case study on a telecommunication equipment manufacturer--Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Co (ASB). Firstly, based on a detail investigation on processes of production, R&D, marketing and service in the ASB, this paper does a comprehensive analysis and identifies weakness related to eco-design in the ASB according to the results of life cycle analysis. Secondly, based on the current eco-design situation of the ASB, this paper puts forward some systemic suggestions on how to apply eco-design strategy wheel and ten eco-design rules into product ecodesign. Analysis and eco-design planning in this case study can provide reference for other telecommunication companies.
