采用高铁酸盐溶液对剩余污泥进行氧化破解实验,结果表明:高铁酸盐溶液能有效的破解污泥细胞,释放胞内物质到液相中,导致SS和VSS值降低;TN随着Fe(Ⅵ)投药量的增加而增加;SCOD、NH_3-N在投药量为1.0μg/mg SS时均存在最大值,分别为1 851和4.23 mg/L。这是由于在高铁酸盐溶胞过程中,存在着对有机质及NH_3-N的氧化作用,并随着投药量的增加,氧化作用增强;由于Fe(Ⅵ)还原形成的Fe(Ⅲ)能与磷结合形成磷酸铁盐,并在Fe(Ⅲ)的絮凝作用下沉淀,使得磷具有相同的变化规律;C∶N和N∶P比值表明在破解污泥的过程中高铁酸盐溶液对氮的氧化作用大于铁盐对磷的沉淀去除作用;SV及SVI均呈下降趋势,表明污泥的沉降性能得到明显改善。实验结果表明,采用高铁酸盐溶液氧化剩余污泥可获得良好的减量化效果。
The excess sludge oxidized by ferrate solution was studied. The results showed that the cell in sludge could be effectively disintegrated and released the intracellular substances in the liquid phase,which lead to the reduction of SS and VSS. TN increased with the ferrate dosage increasing. SCOD and NH_3-N both had maximum values at ferrate dosage of 1.0μg/mg SS,which were 1 851 mg/L and 4.23 mg/L respectively. It was because that during the ferrate disintegrating sludge,it was also oxidized the organic matter and NH_3-N,and the oxidation efficiency increased with the ferrate dosage increasing.TP had the same change rule with that of SCOD and NH_3-N,due to Fe(Ⅲ) reduced by ferrate could be combined with phosphorus to form iron phosphate,and it was precipitated by Fe(Ⅲ) flocculation. The ratio of C∶N and N∶P indicated that the nitrogen removal by ferrate solution oxidation was greater than the phosphorus removal by iron salts precipitation. SV and SVI showed decreasing trend,indicating that the sludge sedimentation could be improved. These facts suggested a remarkable effect of the sludge reduction by ferrate solution.
