针对极端工况下瞬态温度动态诊断的难题,设计了以钨铼快速热电偶为传感元件和LabVIEW为开发平台的测试系统,对热电偶进行了冷端温度补偿,实现了在侵蚀环境下的瞬态温度的诊断。对锌熔滴扁平过程瞬态温度测试表明,其温度变化范围在ms级,并以波形图的形式显示出了瞬态温度的变化情况,对其进行了分析。该系统可用于发动机进口、爆发器内壁等工业和军工中需要快速高温测量的领域。
Aiming at the technical problems of transient temperature measurement in severe industrial environment, this paper presented a measurement system based on the wolfram rhenium fast-speed thermocouple and LabVIEW which can measure and analyze the transient temperature directly in corrosive environment. In this system, the cold junction of thermocouple was compensated. Using the system,the fast-changing temperature of the molten droplets of Zn was measured,which changed in several milliseconds. The changes of the transient temperature were displayed by virtual waveform graphs and the results were analyzed in detail. This system can be used in the fields which need fast temperature measurement such as inlet temperature of engine, in-wall temperature of closed-bomb.
