目的观察瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取120例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,空白组20例。观察组应用瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗,对照组采用中药银甲丸治疗,空白组予甘草煎液治疗。14天为一个疗程,共3个疗程。结果观察组总有效率96.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,空白组总有效率35.00%,三组两两比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论瑶医大钻麻堆方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效确切,能有效改善患者的临床症状、体征,值得临床借鉴。
英文摘要：
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dazuan Madui prescription of Yao medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were devided into observation group, control group and blank group, the observation group and control group had 50 cases, respectively, and the blank group had 20 cases. The observation group applied Dazuan Madui prescription of Yao medicine for treatment. The control group used Yinjia pill of Chinese medicine for treatment.The blank group applied Gancao decoction. 14 days was a course of treatment, and the treatment continued 3 courses. Results The total effective rate of the observation group, the control group and the blank group was 96.00 %, 80.00% and 35.00%, respectively, and the difference of each two-group had statistical significance. Conclusion Dazuan Madui prescription of Yao medicine had exact effect on chronic pelvic inflammation, and can improve patient ＇s clinical symptoms and sign. It is worthy of clinical reference.
