由于特厚复合顶板厚度大、易离层破坏,其巷道维护不当极易造成大面积冒顶伤亡事故,故其对锚杆支护参数的设计要求更为严格。文章首先通过数值模拟,提出了剪应力椭圆的概念,并分析总结了剪应力椭圆对顶板的破坏规律,然后通过理论分析提出了新的锚杆支护角度的计算方法。研究表明,巷道顶板的两边以剪切破坏为主,其剪应力明显大于顶板中间位置的值;通过压力拱计算公式得到了具体的剪应力椭圆的轨迹方程;基于应力椭圆的轨迹方程提出了锚杆支护角度的计算方法;通过具体的工程数据计算了合理的锚杆支护角度并把结果汇总成了一个锚杆支护角度设计参考表。该研究结果可为类似工程支护提供参考依据。
As the extra thick compound roof is easy to separate and damage, the improper maintenance of roadway could cause casualty accidents of large area roof fall. Therefore, the design requirements are stricter on bolt angle. Firstly, this paper refers to the concept of stress ellipse from numerical simulation and analyzes and summarizes the laws of roof damage from shear stress ellipse. Secondly, by theoretical analysis, the paper proposes a new method of calculation bolt support angles. Research results are as follows: the simulation results show that both sides of the tunnel roof are mainly shear failure, and the shear stress is significantly greater than the shear stress in the middle; the paper calculates the specific trajectory equations of shear stress ellipse by caving arch equation and finds the calculation method of bolt inclination angle based the trajectory equation of stress ellipse; the paper calculates the angle of bolt support and puts it compiled into one data tables. The results of this study can provide the basis and guidance for similar projects.
