There were a lot of traditional specialty, geographical indications and cultural heritage in Wuling Mountains minority areas. This paper introduced the geographieal indications, intangible cultural heritage and tangible cultural heritage of the traditional specialty in the minority areas, and recommended：To registry the geographical indications of agricultural products, To strengthen the declaration of geographical indications protection of traditional famous speeialty, to establish the national quality standard of national geographical indication products, to encourage the use of various geo- graphical special mark, to strengthen the safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage of the traditional specialty, to combine the protection of the geo- graphical indications with safeguarding the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the traditional specialty, to develop the culture industry of tradi- tional specialty based on the geographical indications, intangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage.
