目的:研究甲巯咪唑在酞菁钴(CoPc)修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为并测定其含量。方法:循环伏安(CV)法和示差脉冲伏安(DPV)法。结果:在pH=7.0、修饰电极中CoPc含量为6.25%(w/w)、富集电位-0.3V(郴SCE)、富集时间40s的条件下,甲巯咪唑的氧化峰电流(ip)与其浓度在2.0×10^-6 -7.0×10^-4mol·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.3μmol·L^-1。结论:该方法应用到实际样品含量测定,其结果令人满意。
Objective:The electrochemical behavior and determination of methimazole on cobalt (Ⅱ )phthalocyanine modified carbon paste electrode was investigated. Methods:Cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV). Results:Carbon paste electrode at pH 7.0 modified with 6.25% (w/w)cobalt(Ⅱ)phthalocya- nine and accumulated at the potential -0. 3 V (vs SCE) for 40 s, an excellent linear calibration graph was obtained over the methimazole concentration range 2.0×10^-6 -7.0×10^-4mol·L^-1. The detection limit of methimazole detected 0. 3 μmol·L^-1. Conclusion:This method is satisfactorily applied into the determination of methimazole in pharmaceutical preparations.
