以郑单958及先王335玉米为材料,利用激光衍射粒度分析仪及扫描电镜,分析玉米籽粒淀粉粒形态及分布特征。结果表明,2品种籽粒淀粉粒体积分布均为三峰曲线,峰值分布均在1.919、5.355及18.00μm;2品种籽粒淀粉粒表面积分布为三峰曲线,其峰值分别为1.322(1.097)、5.355及16.40μm;郑单958、先玉335籽粒淀粉粒数目分布为双峰曲线,其峰值分别为0.627(0.688)及4.878(4.444)μm。两玉米品种粒径〉15μm的淀粉粒所占体积最大,而粒径〈2μm淀粉粒所占体积最小;粒径〈2μm淀粉粒所占表面积及数目均最高,粒径〉15μm淀粉粒所占数目最小。郑单958及先玉335淀粉粒粒径分布范围分别为0.375~39.78,0.375~30.07μm;淀粉粒体积及表面积均值均是先玉335〉郑单958,而淀粉粒数目均值则是郑单958〉先玉335。郑单958玉米籽粒淀粉粒呈圆形或椭圆形,大小不均匀,淀粉粒排布致密,内含物含量丰富;先玉335大多呈圆形,大小均匀,淀粉粒排布分布较郑单958稀疏,内含物含量少于郑单958。
Two maize varieties Zhengdan958 and Xianyu335 tribution, scanning electron microscopy to show the starch granule have been used to study the starch granule size disarrangement in grains of the two maize varieties of laser diffraction grain size analyzer and scanning electron. The result showed that distribution of starch granules volume was triple humped curve in two varieties and the peak values were 1. 919 and 5. 355,18.00 μm respectively; distribution of starch granules surface area was triple humped curve in two varieties and peak values were 1. 322 ( 1. 097) ,5. 355,16.40 μm respectively; distribution of starch granules number was bimodal curve in two varieties and peak values were 0. 627 (0.688) and 4.878 (4. 444 ) μm respectively. The proportion of number of diameter lower than 2p.m was the largest, while the proportion of volume of diameter lower than 2μm was the least. The proportion of number of diameter higher than 15μm was the least, while the proportion of volume of diameter higher than 15 txm was the largest. Range starch granule diameter was 0. 375 - 39.78,0. 375 - 30.07 p.m in Zhengdan958 and Xianyu335 respectively. The average diameter of volume and surface area showed regulations as Xianyu335 〉 Zheng- dan958 ; the average diameter of number for Zhengdan958 〉 Xiauyu335. Starch granules of Zhengdan958 were round or elliptic in shape and assignment was compact, and the size of starch granules was inequality with abundant inclusions.
