工业生物技术已经成为世界各国的重要战略研究方向之一,但我国工业生物过程还存在低效、高能耗和高排放问题。因此,工业生物技术的过程科学研究还亟需解决复杂生物原料高效/定向转化机制、工业生物过程物质/能量流耦合规律、工业生物过程强化和系统集成原理3大关键科学问题。就“973”项目“工业生物过程高效转化与系统集成的科学基础研究”中3大关键科学问题方面的主要研究进展进行了论述。
Industrial biotechnology has attracted more and more attention in the world.However,China is still facedwith some problems about ineffi cient biotransformation,high energy consumption and high emission problems in theprocess of industrial biotechnology.Therefore,it is necessary for industrial biotechnology to solve the key scientifi cproblems,including the mechanism of high effi cient and directional biotransformation,coupling rules of the energy/mass,and bioprocess intensifi cation and system integration,in the fi eld of bioprocess science.This paper presentedthe important advances of the three key scientifi c problems on bioprocess science in this973program.
