在分析钢水测温传感器传热过程的基础上,建立了测温传感器的有限元模型.基于此模型对传感器内外层结构、物性参数和边界条件等影响传感器温度测量的各个因素进行分析.实验结果表明仿真值与测量值相比最大误差小于6 K;传感器滞后主要取决于外层保护套管;传感器物性参数可以取为常数;当对流换热系数足够大时,再改变对流换热系数对温度影响较小.这些结果可为传感器的优化设计和实际使用提供理论依据,且可在基于模型的反演算法中提供正向解.
Analyzing the heat transfer of thermometric sensor for liquid steel,a relevant finite element model is developed for the sensor.Influencing factors on thermometry such as the structure of the sensor inner and outer layers,thermal properties and boundary conditions are discussed.Numerical simulation results revealed that the max error between modeling value and experimental value is less than 6K.The thermometric lag mainly depends on the properties of protective sheath,and the thermal parameter of the sensor...
