利用SHPB-高速摄影机系统,拍摄到了泡沫铝细观结构在SHPB冲击过程中的变形,分析了试件的应变分布及破坏模式。研究表明,泡沫铝试件在SHPB冲击过程中应变分布是不均匀的,试件两端的应变和应变率远大于中间部分的应变和应变率,即在SHPB实验过程中泡沫铝试件不能严格满足均匀性变形假定。因此,需要考虑对用SHPB方法测量泡沫金属动态力学性能方法进行必要的修正。
The meso deformation of the aluminum foam specimens impacted by SHPB was synchronously captured by using a high-speed camera. And the strain distribution and failure modes of the specimens were analyzed. The investigation shows that the strain distribution in the aluminum foam specimens is not uniform, the strains and strain rates near the two ends of the specimens are much greater than those in the middle portion of the specimens, which means that the assumption of uniform deformation of specimens in SHPB test can not be strictly satisfied for aluminum foam. Therefore, some modification in data processing should be done in the SHPB tests on aluminum foam.
