研究了Ti3Al合金在800、850、900℃的高温氧化行为,分析了不同温度下的氧化动力学曲线。采用XRD、SEM和EDS研究了氧化层相结构、显微组织及形貌。结果表明,随氧化温度和时间的增加,氧化增重明显,该合金氧化产物主要由TiO2和Al2O3组成。
The high temperature oxidation behavior of Ti3A1 alloy was studied at 800 ℃, 850 ℃ and 900 ℃. The oxidation kinetics curves at different temperatures were analyzed. The phase structure, microstmcture and morphology of the oxide layers were investigated by XRD and SEM equipped with EDS. The results show that the mass gain of the alloy after oxidation is obvious with the increase of oxidation temperature and time. The oxide products are mainly composed of TiO2 and Al2O3.
