为了探究烘焙对生物质快速催化热解产物的影响,首先对棉秆在管式炉上进行不同温度(200、250、300℃)烘焙,然后在550℃下进行快速热解试验。随着烘焙温度的升高,气体产物中CO含量由51%逐渐减少到34%;烘焙后,热解油中酮类含量大幅减少,其中主要产物为芳香烃,其含量随烘焙温度的升高先增大后减少;烘焙可缓解催化热解过程中积碳的生成,300℃烘焙后的积碳量最少,仅为原样的46%。
In order to explore the effect of torrefaction on fast catalytic pyrolysis products of biomass, the cotton stalk was torrefied in the tube furnace with different temperatures (200, 250 and 300℃), then the fast catalytic pyrolysis experiment was carried out under 550℃. The CO content in gaseous product decreased from 51% to 34% gradually when the torrefaction temperature increased. The ketone content in pyrolysis oil decreased dramatically "after torrefaction, and the main product in pyrolysis oil was aromatic hydrocarbon, its content increased firstly and then deceased with the increase of torrefaction temperature. The coke deposition was reduced by torrafaction in the process of catalytic pyrolysis, it was the least at the torrafaction temperature of 300℃, only 46% of the raw material.
