转化生长因子B1(TGF$1)是多种细胞分泌的多功能生长因子,可以调节细胞的生长、分化、黏附、迁移、凋亡以及细胞外基质的沉着、免疫应答等生命活动。TGFDl在多种病理过程,特别是组织和器官的创伤愈合和纤维化形成中发挥重要作用。胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBP)是一组具有同源结构的蛋白质,具有调节细胞生长、黏附、凋亡、血管生成、肿瘤发生等功能。TGFβ1和IGFBPs共同存在于多种生理和病理过程中,TGFβ1与不同IGFBP的关系多种多样,与同一IGFBP在不同组织或器官中的关系也不尽相同。
Transforming growth factorβ1 (TGFIβ1)is a multi-functional growth factor secreted by a variety of cells, it can regulate growth, differentiation, adhesion, migration and apoptosis of cells, precipitation of extraceliuiar matrix,immune response and other life activities. TGFβ1 plays an important role in a variety of pathological processes, especially in wound healing and fibrosis of tissues and organs. Insulin-like growth factor binding proteins (IGFBPs) are a group of proteins with homologous structure. IGFBPs can regulate various cellular processes such as cell growth, cell adhesion, apoptosis, angiogenesis, tumorigenesis and other functions. TGFβ1 and IGFBPs co-exist in a variety of physiological and pathological processes. The relationships between TGFβ1 and different IGFBPs are multitudinous. The relationships between TGFβ1 and the same IGFBP are not the same in different tissues and organs.
