以H2O2为氧化剂,研究了催化氧化生产低硫汽油技术。考察了催化剂体系以及氧化、萃取条件对脱硫效果的影响。在H2O20.1mL,催化剂磷钨酸0.01g,助催化剂无水乙醇0.08mL,温度30℃,氧化时间30min的条件下,采用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺/糠醛(体积比为4)为萃取剂,萃取温度20℃,静置时间15min,剂油体积比为1,汽油中的含硫质量浓度由407.1mg/L降至22.1mg/L,脱硫率达到94.6%。
The catalytic oxidation production technology of low sulfur gasoline was proposed with H2O2 as oxidant. The effects of the catalyst system,oxidation and extraction conditions on desulfurization were studied. The experimental results show that under the conditions of H2O2 0.1 mL as oxidant,tungstic acid 0.01 g as catalyst,anhydrous ethanol 0.08 mL as co-catalyst,oxidation at 30 ℃ for 30 min,and by using the mixture of dimethyl formamide (DMF) and furfural with the volume ratio of 4 as the extractant,extraction at 20 ℃ for 15 min,the volume ratio 1 of solvent to oil,the sulfur mass concentration in gasoline is reduced from 407.1 mg/L to 22.1 mg/L,and the desulphurization rate reaches 94.6%.
