基于DEFORM软件建立了三维有限元模型,对铸坯Q235B法兰件热辗扩成形过程进行数值模拟,揭示了不同匀速和变速的芯辊进给速度对环件热辗扩过程中等效应变场、温度场、辗扩力以及金属流动特性的影响规律,并从金属塑性成形原理和塑性加工力学等角度对这些规律进行了分析,为铸坯环件热辗扩在实际应用中芯辊进给速度的选择提供了理论依据,对揭示热辗扩成形机理也具有十分重要的意义。
The 3D finite element model has been established on the basis of software DEFORM. The numerieal simulation has been conducted to the hot rolling process for Q235B casting blank flange. The influence law of different uniform and varying mandrel feeding speed on the medium strain field, temperature field, rolling force and metal flow characteristics during hot ring rolling process has been revealed. The law has been analyzed from principles of metal plastic forming and plastic processing mechanic aspects. It provides theoretical reference for selecting the mandrel feeding speed in the actual application of east blank ring rolling process, which is very important for revealing the forming principle of hot ring rolling process.
