The social responsibility of agriculture product supply chain refers to an integral practice of abiding by principles and shoulder respective social responsibility by all profit-making parties. In this paper, an incomplete tri-partie information dynamic game model is established with the government, agriculture leading enterprise and suppliers（or farmers） as main stakeholders to explore various stakeholders behavior decision-making, the game equilibrium strategies, strategic interaction and relationship between the stakeholders in the process of implementation of the social responsibility of agriculture products supply chain. The interests balance and win-win of agriculture products supply chain stakeholders can be realized in the process of implementation of social responsibility. On the basis of theoretical model analysis, specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to ensure the implementation of the social responsibility of agriculture products supply chain.
