激光微冲击成形(μLPF)是利用脉冲激光产生的等离子体爆轰波的冲击力效应使超薄板材产生塑性变形的新技术。通过自主开发的有限元网格划分程序MicroMesh,实现了规则晶粒、晶界以及不规则晶粒、晶界的网格划分,并利用动态显式有限元方法(FEM),对超薄板材脉冲激光微冲击成形过程进行了晶粒级的数值模拟。较之一般的连续介质有限元方法,考虑晶粒和晶界的有限元法能够更好地反映板材的微观组织与性能。研究结果表明,该方法可以有效地模拟激光微冲击成形中板材的变形过程。
Micro laser peen forming(μLPF) is a non-thermal laser forming method by using short,intense shock wave induced by laser irradiation for shaping the micro parts.Through the independent development of the mesh generation program MicroMesh,it is realized to construct the regular grain element and the grain boundary element as well as the irregular grain element and grain boundary element.Then the dynamic explicit finite element method(FEM) is employed to simulate the process of μLPF of ultrathin foil at a grain-level.Compared with the general continuum finite element approach,this method is more suitable for describing the microstructure and mechanical properties of the foil,and the results show that it can be used to simulate the μLPF process.
