英文摘要：

At present, traditional representation schemes of product design were short of expressions of explaining the representation of design intention, therefore understanding of product design intention and design reuse were influenced. Aiming at these problems, a product design meta-intent concept was presented, and design intention objects, design meta-intent properties were analyzed and summarized. An ontology-based framework to express design meta-intent was proposed. The design meta-intent Resource Description Framework （RDF） graph based on ontology instances could be dynamically created during process of product design. The design meta-intent information represented file based on Web Ontology Language（OWL） and eXtensible Markup Language（XML） / RDF format could be output. The proposed representation schema was clear in structure and shared semantics with formal description.
