Since the 18th congress of CPC, XI Jin-ping has repeatedly made important elaborations on the legal construction and illustrated the targets and path of promoting the rule by law and improving CPC ’s governance ability and scientific management, which greatly enriched and developed the law theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. So, for the further understanding of his conception of the rule of law, we must proceed from the general interest, general trend and big events to understand that the rule of law is the basic way of state governance. We must adhere to the rule of constitution and maintain the authority of constitution and law; deepen the judicial system reform, strictly punish the judicial corruption; regulate the power force and truly lock the power force into the system cage.
