将含磁光法拉第旋转效应的磁光金属和磁光介质同普通介质组成的三层结构作为基本单元,与空气层排列成周期型阵列结构,组成一种含磁光金属的阵列型结构,利用有限元分析方法计算了该结构的透射率和反射率。通过调整三层结构在周期型阵列结构中所占比例,讨论不同的三层结构所占比例对透射率的影响,确定了周期型阵列结构与单独的三层结构相比透射率显著提高。
A new arrayed structures containing magneto-optical metals are made of air and tri-layer structures, which consist of magneto-optical metals, magneto- optical dielectric and conventional dielectric. Using finite element analysis we studied the transmittance and reflectance of the new arrayed structures. The transmittance is analyzed by the different ratio of tri-layer structures in arrayed structure, and the results show that the transmittance of arrayed structures dramatically increases comparing with the single trilayer structures.
