The development of low carbon agriculture is an inevitable choice for low-carbon economy, which cannot do with- out technology innovation. However, technology innovation has always been a high risk and high-investment activity, a scientific system to support and protect this activity needed to be constructed. The result shows that： Enterprise is the core subject of low-carbon agricultural technology innovation. Government, universities, research institutes, financial in- stitutions and intermediaries are required to participate, which can provide the corresponding policy supply, technology supply, capital supply and information supply. The feasible path to ensure the construction of China＇s low carbon agricul rural technology innovation system consists of the popularity of low carbon agricultural knowledge and concept, the public supporting policies for low-carbon agriculture development, the establishment of agricultural carbon sequestration market, and the announcement of a series of low carbon agricultural standards.
