本文提出了一种利用单片机分析丙酮蒸汽的数字分析仪。利用光解和催化转化作用快速对丙酮蒸汽进行分解,使其转化为CO2,再利用电化学原理检测CO2含量,从而实现对丙酮的间接检测。采用A/D转换器和单片机对采集到的模拟信号进行处理,并以数字的形式显示丙酮浓度。
A digital analyzer that determines the concentration of acetone with single-chip computer was presented. Acetone was converted into CO2 fast by photo dissociation and catalysis, then the concentration of CO2 was determined by electrochemistry sensor. Finally, the concentration of acetone was gotten indirectly. The concentration of acetone was showed in the form of digit after gathered by A/D converter and processed by single-chip computer.
