基于对兰新铁路第二双线气候特征的分析,提出了一种综合利用橡塑板、塑料薄膜和吸水土工布的新型保温保湿养护方式,并在典型区段进行了现场验证试验,通过测试不同养护方式下混凝土构件内部、表面与养护材料间温度及混凝土抗压强度和电通量等指标,研究了新型保温保湿养护的效果.结果表明:与传统保湿养护相比,新型保温保湿养护方式能有效地降低混凝土内外温度受环境温度变化的影响、提高干燥、昼夜大温差气候下混凝土的强度和抗氯离子渗透性,具有良好的保温效果.
Based on climate analysis of 2nd double line of Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway, a new synthetical curing method with permeable geotextile, plastic film and polystyrene foam board is proposed,whose curing effect is investigated by experiment in situ. The results show that, compared with traditional curing method, the new thermal and moisture curing can effectively decrease the effect of ambient temperature variation and have good thermal insulation effect. Moreover, it can enhance compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion permeability dramatically in an arid and large diurnal temperature variation climate.
