基于0-1整数规划模型,根据渔船作业渔场的地理位置、避风渔港的地理位置,以浙江省现有避风渔港现状为例,依据所建立的渔船回港避风数学模型,采用LINGO软件进行求解,并结合各等级渔港的避风能力,对避风型渔港的布局进行了优化计算。结果表明:在保证现有渔船都能回港避风的前提下,浙江省5座一级渔港需扩建成中心渔港,6座二级渔港需扩建成一级渔港。
The layout of a sheltering type fishing harbor was optimized by 0-1 integer programming model and established mathematical model for fishing vessels called back to harbor using LINGO software,considering all levels of fishing port shelter capacity and current sheltering fishing port status in Zhejiang Province,according to the geographical locations of fishing grounds,and fishing port for fishing boat sheltering.The findings reveal that five primary fishing ports in Zhejiang Province are required to be developed into center fishing ports and six secondary level fishing ports are needed to be developed into primary fishing ports to support the current fishing vessels back to the harbor for sheltering.
