职场网络偏差行为是员工在工作场所使用通讯信息技术而表现出的反生产行为,该行为对组织的影响已经引起管理研究者和实践者的关注。文章从职场网络偏差行为的概念、影响因素和影响结果等方面对现有文献进行述评,并在此基础上提出以往研究的不足及对未来研究的展望。
Cyberdeviancy is a kind of counterproductive work behavior of employees using communication information technol- ogy in the workplace. The impact of the behavior on enterprises has aroused the concerns of management researchers and prac- titioners. This paper makes a review of the existing literature from the conceptual connotation of cyberdeviancy, influencing factors and effects of cyberdeviancy and so on. Accordingly, the paper points out the shortcomings of previous researches and the directions for future studies.
