针对机采籽棉清杂工序中荷电效果不佳的现实问题,提出了一种钉床式荷电方法。以MCU为主控制单元,设计了一款钉床式荷电控制系统。在荷电极板面上均匀分布且垂直于极板面的长度为5cm的金属钉,控制器控制静电发生器产生高压静电,通过荷电极板上的金属钉放电,将平铺在极板间的机采棉荷电。试验结果表明:与无金属钉的荷电极板相比,机采棉荷电均匀,荷电速度提高了8%,效果良好。该研究可为机采棉静电清杂应用提供参考。
