为了实现双驱动刮板输送机运行过程中两电机功率的智能协调控制,平衡两端链轮啮入点和啮出点的动张力,分别测试和提取刮板输送机运行时两端电机的电流信号,采用应变片测试刮板啮入和啮出链轮时的动张力,通过模糊PID变频调速方法对电机转速进行智能调节控制,实现机尾电机对机头电机驱动力的有效补偿。保证两端电机功率以及链轮张力差值的平衡,通过实验测试结果表明:刮板输送机智能协调控制系统可有效地实现两端电机的功率平衡调节,两端链轮的张力差值基本保持一致,为提高刮板输送机的工作效率和延长其使用寿命提供了一种重要的技术手段。
