简述了微观组织模拟的几种主要研究方法:随机性方法、相场方法和有限元方法,评述了各种模拟方法的研究概况、特点及其适用范围,重点介绍了运用有限元法进行微观组织演变数值模拟时建立微观组织模型的方法,包括经验公式、统计模型和基于内变量的物理模型。概述了目前国内外基于有限元法的微观组织模拟的研究现状,最后介绍了近年来金属在高温变形时的多尺度耦合数值模拟。

英文摘要:

In this paper, the major methods of microstructural simulation are introduced briefly, such as stochastic method, phase field method and finite element method (FEM). The recent research and development situation, characterization, and applicable scope of all kinds of methods are reviewed. The methods of establishing a microstructural model, including the empirical relationships, the statistical method and the physical model on the basis of internal state variables, are introduced when the finite element method is applied to the microstructural simulation. The state-of-the-art of the microstructural simulation based on the finite element method is summarized at home and abroad. Finally in recently years the multi-scale and coupling simulation is introduced during the high temperature deformation of the metal.
