将基于调制FFT的离散频谱校正方法应用到发动机激励力识别中,直接提取缸体表面各测点振动响应各分析谐次的精确频率、幅值和相位值,利用发动机的质量与惯性参数、悬置的动特性,识别出发动机激励力。这种方法避免了因无法精确获得各测点的相位而需求解非线性问题的缺点,使识别算法简单。同时分析了该方法可能产生误差的原因,并提出了相应的避免措施。仿真表明了该方法具有很好的识别精度,有利于推动该方法在实际工程中的应用。
An engine is one of the major sources of automobile vibration and noise,it is of significance to obtain the excitation force features from engine for vibration control.The Modulate-FFT discrete spectrum correction method is applied to the force identification.The accurate frequency,amplitude and phase are obtained base on Modulate-FFT discrete spectrum correction method from the extracted vibration signals of cylinder surface.With the mass and inertia parameters of the engine,the dynamic properties of the mounts,the excitation force can be identified.The nonlinear problem caused by the imprecise phase of the measurement points is avoided,and the identified method is greatly simplified.The reasons for error are analyzed and the refined measurement means were offered.Simulation results confirm the validity of the methods which leads to better application in practice.
