当转炉、精炼和连铸设备数量及加工时间发生变化时所形成的不同生产模式下的炼钢连铸生产对于炼钢连铸调度方法有着不同的要求.详细分析了炼钢厂存在的主要生产模式下实现连续浇铸的充要条件和必要条件,建立了相应的调度模型,并给出了生产模式变化时的生产调度策略.针对转炉设备正常工作和部分检修情况下的两种生产模式,通过引.入生产模式参数叩建立了统一的非线性规划模型.在国内某大型钢厂生产调度过程应用表明:模型能够适应转炉设备正常和发生故障或检修而导致的生产模式变化,能够快速编制出符合要求的优化调度计划,在缩短生产模式变化时的调度更应时间、提高转炉钢水出钢量、提高调度优化程度均取得了显著成效.
Steelmaking and continuous casting production under the different production modes has different requirements on scheduling methods when equipment quantity and processing time are changed.Continuous casting conditions were analyzed in detail under the different production modes, and corresponding scheduling models were built. The scheduling strategy was proposed when production modeschanged. By introducing the production mode parameter η a unified non-linear programming model was presented according to converters for normal work, maintenance, and other cases alike. Applied resultsshow that the proposed method can efficiently reduce scheduling time, increase the output of converters and improve the extent to optimal scheduling.
