为解决采用施工期实测温度进行热扩散率反演时误差较大的问题,建立了施工期混凝土浇筑仓表面小尺度温度统计模型,以消除水泥水化热、通水冷却和随机因素等影响,分离出环境温度分量,结合准稳定温度场下的一维热传导方程的理论解析解,进行热扩散率的反演计算。工程实例计算结果表明,反演的热扩散率稳定可靠,计算方法是可行的。
A small-scale surface temperature statistical model of the concrete casting warehouse was established to solve the problem of great errors in thermal diffusivity inversion using the measured temperature during construction period. The model can eliminate the influences of cement hydration heat, water cooling system and random factors on the measured temperature, and separate out the environment temperature component from the measured temperature. Based on the environment temperature component and the analytical solution of the one dimensional heat conduction equation in a stable temperature field, thermal diffusivity of concrete dam was inversed. The inversion results validate the inversion method of thermal diffusivity.
