New media is developing of public opinion have been changed rapidly, and the way of information dissemination and the formation mechanism . New media has become an area of confrontation among the public opinion. The development of new media brings a new opportunity to the development of the army ideological and political education discourse, and it also causes the army traditional ideological and political education discourse difficulty. The army has to study and explore new ideas and new measures of ideological and political education in the new media environ- ment to break cal education. through the predicament and promote the transformation of the discourse of army ideological and politica1 education.
