D56G90冷辗环机是应用冷辗扩技术制造轴承环件的设备,机架则是其关键部件之一,机架刚度对环件成型精度有重要影响。根据机床可拆装、组合式机架结构的实际情况,应用abaqus三维有限元软件,分析了机架在不同载荷(0-100kN)下的受力与变形的关系。机架纵向、横向、垂直方向的刚度系数约为4.24E+03kN/mm、1.17E+04kN/mm、4.0291E+05kN/mm,刚度系数变化率分别为0.9%、0.0058%、2.92%。
The D56G90 cold ring-rolling machine is equipment applying to manufacture bearings ring work piece with cold ring rolling technique. Framework is one of the key parts of the machine, and their rigidity affect the accuracy of the manufacturing. According to the actual circumstance that the machine :tructure is sectional, the 3-D finite element analysis software abaqus is used to analysis the relation of loads (0-100kN) and deformations. The rigidities of the machine at lengthways, transverse, and vertical direction are obtained. Three directing rigidities are 4.24E+03kN/mm, 1.17E+04 kN/mm, and 4.0291E+05 kN/mm. And the fluctuations ratio of them are 0.9%, 0.0058%, and 2.92%.
