The assessment methods of process capability index of SPC/EPC controlled processes are proposed in this paper.SPC/EPC integrated model is introducted to decease variations in process at first.Based on this model,calculating steps of process capability indexes under MMSE controller and PI controller are analyzed.At last,a simulation sample is used to show the use of this method.
