海浪的有效波高对海运和港口安全起着非常重要的作用。但在遥测技术中,仅从海浪的雷达图像中无法直接得到有效波高。根据有效波高与回波强度的关系,可通过最小二乘法拟合得到的经验参数估计海浪的有效波高。为得到经验参数,对由波浪浮标测得的真实数据进行固定端点的分段拟合。其中,利用样本分位值剔除测量过程中不便检测的异常点的方法提高了拟合精度。通过验证发现在拟合得到的有效波高的变化趋势和相对误差方面,该方法优于传统方法,并且相关系数可达0.947左右。
Significant wave heights play a very important role in safety of maritime transportation and port operation. In telemetry they can be estimated from navigation radar echoes based on the relation between the wave heights and echo intensities. The empirical parameters are estimated through piecewise fitting of the wave height data measured by buoys with Least Square Method. The sample quantile is used to detect outliers so that better fitting accuracy is achieved. Validation indicates that this method gives better variation trend and relative errors of the significant wave height than ordinary methods and the correlation coefficient of results reaches 0. 947.
