对城市边缘区的城乡一体化发展模式进行深入研究,期望为我国城市边缘区这一类区域的城乡统筹发展提供借鉴。在实地考察调研的基础上,查阅相关文献并运用定量分析法,对西安的城市边缘区泾阳县的城乡发展特征进行梳理和分析。以泾阳县为例,从规划的角度统筹安排各类城乡发展要素,为城市边缘区提出＂吸纳—互补—融合—提升＂的城乡一体化发展模式。通过加强城市边缘区的城乡统筹发展,填补我国城乡一体化发展中区域性差异分析的不足,推进我国城乡经济社会健康有序发展。

英文摘要：

The development pattern of urban-rural integration of urban fringe area is researched thoroughly and it is hoped that the urban-rural integration of the kind of area on urban fringe area can get some useful reference from the research of this paper. On the basis of field investigation, through the literature review and using quantitative method, the characteristics of urban-rural development of Jingyang is analyzed. All kinds of factors of urban-rural development are overall arranged in Jingyang country from a planning perspective and a set of ＂absorb, complementary, integration, upgrade＂ development pattern of urban-rural integration is put forward. By strengthening the urban-rural integration of urban fringe area, the analysis of regional differences of urban-rural integration is filled up and China＇s urban-rural economic and social of development is promoted orderly.
