从企业融资相关理论出发,对我国中小高新技术企业的融资信用问题进行了分析,调查研究了中小高新技术企业信用评价的实际应用情况,在此基础上建立中小高新技术企业融资信用评价的指标体系,并使用模糊综合评价模型对中小企业的融资信用进行评价。

This paper examines the finance credit of small and medium sized high-tech enterprises based on related corporate financing theories,and then investigates the practical application of credit rating of small and medium sized high-tech enterprises.On this basis,this paper establishes index system of financing credit evaluation of the small and medium sized high-tech enterprises.Finally,this paper makes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the credit of financing for the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.
