The research on evolution of cooperation is important to understand the cooperation,competition in the biology and society. The focuses are on several research directions, including iterated prisoner＇s dilemma based on ＂reciprocal altruism＂, spatial prisoner＇s dilemma and continuous prisoner＇s dilemma. The characteristic of the strategy, spatial structure and degree of cooperation are emphasized by these models. The research ways can give significative explanations to the complex phenomena in the biology and society systems. Some conclusions and suggestions are given at end.
