托辊附近运动带材稳态构型建模及求解方法

中文摘要:

综合考虑带材抗弯刚度及重力作用,提出一种运动带材在托辊附近的稳态构型的建模和数值求解方法.通过建立运动带材稳态运动控制方程,分析托辊附近运动带材物理边界条件,提出描述运动带材稳态运动的动边界边值问题.将该动边值问题进行规范化,并采用配置法迭代求解,获得运动带材的构型.通过实例对这种方法进行了验证,结果表明,该方法能够有效计算托辊附近运动带材稳态构型.

英文摘要:

A method was put forward to solve the steady configuration of moving webs nearby a pulley,especially for the webs with small flexural rigidity and long span.The governing equation of webs was modeled,considering the flexural rigidity of webs and gravity.A boundary value problem(BVP) with undetermined boundary was proposed which describes the steady motion of moving webs,based on analyzing the physical boundary condition.The BVP with undetermined boundary was transformed into fixed boundary two-point BVP.An iteration procedure was adopted to decrease the sensitivity of solution to the initial guess for collocation method. An example was given to illustrate how this method can be used. The calculating results shows the method proposed can solve the steady configuration of moving webs effectively.
