社交时代的到来改变了个人和组织的信息搜寻和共享模式、相互间的交流合作方式、消费者行为及商业模式等,社会化媒体迅速成为近年来学界和产业界的关注焦点。为探究国际社会化媒体领域的研究现状,本文以2004-2013年为时间跨度选取来自Web of Science平台的SSCI、SCI数据库中社会化媒体相关主题的7806篇文献作为研究对象,以知识图谱为主要研究方法,采用CiteSpace可视化软件分别进行了国际社会化媒体研究的时间分析、产业发展和空间分布的对比分析、重要文献分析以及研究热点分析等,并对分析得到的8类子研究热点知识群进行归类和分类分析。
The emergency and development of social media has changed the information searching and sharing model between individuals and organizations. It also influenced the communication and cooperation pattern, customer behavior and business models. In recent years, social media has become one of the most significant focuses in both industry and academic research field. To explore the research status, this paper chose 2004-2013 as research time span and retrievaled 7806 research papers from SCI & SSCI database of Web of Science platform on social media research field. Knowledge mapping and CiteSpace were used to analyze literatures data. Time distribution, comparison analysis between industry development and space distribution, important literatures and research hotspots were studied. Then 8 research hotspots are divided into 4 groups, and more details were given at the end of this paper.
