为探讨环境因子对麒麟菜形态特征的影响,结合海洋环境因子对海南岛琼枝麒麟菜的形态特征进行了聚类分析。结果表明,随着水的深度的增加,温度、盐度、透明度、溶解氧逐渐增大,pH逐渐降低,流速逐渐减小,N、P、COD逐渐减小。琼枝麒麟菜在潮间带水越深的区域养殖越好,随着水深的增加,琼枝麒麟菜的颜色逐渐变红,分枝和齿数逐渐变多,卷曲程度逐渐变小。在水文物理环境、水环境化学方面,均是低潮区下部比低潮区上部好,对比形态特征得到的也是低潮区下部琼枝麒麟菜的颜色最深,分枝和齿数最多,而且卷曲度最小。
To investigate environmental factors on the morphological characteristics of Betaphycus gelatinum, using the system grouping analysis method and the combination with the marine environment factor, this paper makes a study of the morphological characteristics of B.gelatinum in Hainan province . The results shows that with the increase of depth of the water temperature, salinity, transparency, dissolved oxygen becomes gradually large, pH gradually decreases, the flow rate gradually decreases, N, P, COD gradually decreases. Betaphycus gelatinum grows better in the deeper regional of the intertidal zone, turns red with the increase of the water's depth, its branches and thorns gradually become more and its curly degree becomes gradually smaller. Compare all, the hydrological physical environment and water chemistry environment are better in the deeper regional of the intertidal zone. The result of the contrast morphological characteristics is the Betaphycus gelatinum in the deeper regional of the intertidal zone has the deepest color, the maximum branches , number of teeth and minimum curl.
