摩擦力矩、导线干扰力矩和质量不平衡力矩等各种非线性因素会对导引头的性能产生严重影响,国内外学者对导引头摩擦力矩和导线干扰力矩做了大量分析,而对质量不平衡力矩研究甚少。为了研究导引头伺服机构质量不平衡力矩的传递机理及其对平台速度稳定性能的影响,以两框架导引头伺服机构为对象,利用欧拉角坐标变换方法和刚体绕动点转动的动量矩定理建立了完整的运动学和动力学模型。在此基础上,针对某导引头样机,首先分析了框架转动中心与导弹质心距离以及框架质心偏心距离对质量不平衡力矩的影响;然后分析了质量不平衡力矩对平台稳定回路性能的影响。结果表明:当框架转动中心与导弹质心距离和框架质心偏心距离较大时,质量不平衡力矩会严重影响平台的稳定性能,设计时必须重点考虑。
The nonlinear factors, such as the friction torque, wire disturbance torque and mass imbalance torque,influence the performance of seeker servo mechanism seriously. Some scholars at home and abroad have analyzed the friction torque and wire disturbance torque of seeker servo mechanism in detail, however, the mass imbalance torque rarely been researched. For researching the transmission mechanism of the mass imbalance torque of seeker servo mechanism and its influence on the stability property of platform velocity, the whole dynamics and kinetic models were set up by using Eulerian angle coordinate transform and momentum moment theorem of rigid body rotating around moving point, and a two axes seeker servo mechanism was taken as object. Based on these, two problems about a seeker prototype were analyzed: firstly, the influences of the distances on mass imbalance torque were analyzed, which were between the missile centroid and the frame rotary center ,and between the frame centroid and eccentricity; Secondly, the influence of mass imbalance torque on the property of platform stability loop was also analyzed. The results show that when the above distances were too far, the mass imbalance torque would affect the platform stability badly, which must be taken into account emphatically when designing control system.
