采用水热法合成的ZnIn2S4作为前驱体,以尿素为氮源,制备了系列不同N掺杂量的N-ZnIn2S4光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析技术对样品进行表征。考察了N掺杂量对催化剂的晶体结构和在可见光条件下催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)性能的影响。结果表明,N的掺入能够影响催化剂的晶体结构和形貌,提高催化剂在可见光范围内的吸收强度。N-ZnIn2S4降解MB的活性比ZnIn2S4明显提高,并且具有良好的催化稳定性。同时分析了N掺杂ZnIn2S4光催化活性提高的机理。
A series of ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts doped with different amounts of nitrogen(N-ZnIn2S4)were prepared by using ZnIn2S4 and urea,where ZnIn2S4 was obtained via hydrothermal route as precursor and urea was employed as nitrogen source.These as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),UV-Visible absorption spectra(UV-Vis)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The effect of N dopant amount in the N-ZnIn2S4 on crystalline structure and photocatalytic performance of methylene blue(MB)degradation under visible light illumination was investigated.The results indicate that N doping can influence the crystalline structure and morphology of ZnIn2S4 and enhance visible light absorption of photocatalysts.The performance of MB degradation was remarkably improved by using N-ZnIn2S4 compared with pure ZnIn2S4,and N-ZnIn2S4 exhibits quite good catalytic stability.Meanwhile,the mechanism for enhanced photodegradation activity was also analyzed.
